Atif Aslam & Rahat Fateh Ali Khan were also nominated forf the ‘Best Playback Singer (Male) at GIMA. But unfortunately they couldn’t win that award.

Mumbai, Nov 11, this year Rahat Fateh Ali Khan & Shankar Mahadevan have been awarded (GIMA)  for the Best Non Film Music Album (Aman Ki Asha). the Global Indian Music Awards is India’s first and the biggest music awards. The award was presented by Raju Hirani, the director of the famous film, 3 Idiots.
